What photo works best?
One clear photo in daylight with the whole dog in frame, from the front or a little to the side. You can add up to five photos.
Do I need an account?
No. You can design and order without one. Logging in keeps all your designs together on every device.
My dog's breed isn't listed. Can you still make them?
We start from the closest breed template and you adjust the rest. You can also ask us to add a breed or a new pose.
Can I make more than one design?
Yes. Start as many designs as you like, or duplicate one from My designs to try a variation.
How much does it cost?
See Pricing. You see the exact price before you approve.
Can I change my design after approving?
Yes, until your order goes to the factory. Reopen it from your order page.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to design your plush and delete the originals once your plush has been delivered.
How long does it take?
